All Groupon Vouchers are now expired. Read below for scheduling instructions and information.
EXPIRED VOUCHERS: If you are scheduling an expired voucher and intend to use the monetary value towards a service, you will be required to provide us with a credit card number in order to reserve the appointment. Your card will only be charged at the time of the appointment at your request or in accordance with our cancellation policy. In the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment your card will be charged. If you have a voucher, you will still retain it and can use it for a subsequent visit. We understand that waiting for an appointment is frustrating and we ask for your patience and understanding. We are processing these appointments as quickly as we can. Many people felt that this was a great deal and so our sales were through the roof. Please maintain a civil demeanor or the WORK will refuse service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is verbally abusive or aggressive towards ANY staff member, this especially applies to the person who answers your emails and calls. We will also refuse service in the event that a customer is argumentative about following the policies and procedures at the WORK. Expiration dates, cancellation requirements and behavioral standards are non-negotiable and we will not brook any arguments regarding these.
